Reference probes
Both thermocouples based system
and data loggers systems are able to use different models
of reference probes: smart probes, Hart probes, Ametek probes
or Lives probes.
The highest calibration accuracy is obtained when using Lives
external reference probe connected to the front panel on one
of the Lives ATC models blocks. The correction coefficients
of this probe are stored in the block's memory and the reading
of the block during calibration is the most accurate.
