Steam In Place Validation Equipment
Steam in place is a method of sterilization that allows equipment such as pipes to be sterilized without moving. Therefore, a validation solution cannot disrupt the equipment while testing the sterilization process.
Thermocouples are the traditional response to validation, as they can be wired through pipes. However, this solution requires long wires, multiple systems, and hours or even days of installation time. There is also the risk of the thermocouples being damaged if not secured well.
A better solution is a wireless datalogger, such as the XpertLog datalogger system. These small, unobtrusive loggers can be installed in a fraction of the time and provide accurate and reliable measurements. There’s no disruption to the equipment, and even less disruption to workers and business.
