Lives International is now offering validation equipment rentals
for the XpertLog Wireless Datalogger system. Using XpertLog
Wireless Loggers will reduce your re-qualification time in
half with minimal disruption to your current operations. Renting
equipment is an excellent solution for those who cannot justify
a capital purchase but can justify the expense of a rental.
Also, this may provide an opportunity to compare the Lives
wireless system to the traditional thermocouple based approach.
The XpertLog Rental system comes complete with the number
of temperature, humidity and pressure loggers needed. This
includes a logger docking station, XpertLog laptop computer
and the calibration certificates for all loggers. Also, an
SOP for “Thermal Chamber Mapping” is included that offers
step by step instructions on how to set-up loggers for a test,
data retrieval and generation of required reports (21 Part
11 compliant).
The XpertLog DataLoggers can be used in wide range of applications
including: autoclaves, -80 C freezers and freeze dryers. The
loggers utilize a very accurate & stable RTD sensor technology
with a measurement range of -80 C to 100 C or -60 C to 150
C . The loggers are calibrated to +/- 0.1 C over the entire
range. Unlike thermocouples, pre-calibration is not necessary
for the temperature loggers. A simple one or two point post-verification
is all that is needed. XpertLog will interface and automate
your existing calibration equipment (i.e. LTR, HTR, IRTD)
if needed for post verifications.
In addition, Lives International offers the Lives Ultra-Low
Temperature Dry Bath (-90 C to 125 C) for rental. This is
the only DRY bath available for -90 C applications which is
truly portable (40 lbs) and very fast to stabilize at low
temperature (i.e. ambient to -80 C in 50 minutes).
