温度変化に神経質な製品を出荷する時は、問題が発生する可能性のあるすべてのことに注意が必要です。製品温度が高すぎる場合または低すぎる場合、落下などにより損壊し、完全にその製品が失われたりする可能性があります。これらの問題の解決策のひとつとして、弊社のXperTrackシステムなど、低温輸送や出荷のリモート監視が可能になります。

製品を梱包するには、出荷時に適切な温度と湿度を維持している必要があります。製品の輸送中に、シールに破れや漏れがあり、パッケージ内の製品が破損しているかどうかはわかりません。 弊社のXperTrackでは、すべての出荷ポイントでそのパッケージの問題有無を監視することができます。

出荷プロセスが指定された製品保管条件を満たしているかどうかを評価するには、出荷調査が必要です。弊社のGDP温度および湿度ロガーは、これらの作業に最適なモデルです。

低温保管製品の輸送中の温度を追跡(管理)することは、製薬業界の多くのお客様にとって課題となります。断熱容器が製品を指定された温度に適切に保つことができない場合、製品は到着するまでに無効なNG製品になるリスクがあります。そのようなことが発生すると、コストと時間を失うことになりかねません。
