Le poste

Au sein de notre équipe vous prenez en charge les missions principales suivantes:

  • Assurer les prestations de qualifications/ métrologie d’équipements, selon les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) pharmaceutiques et dans le respect du système normatif en vigueur.
  • Rédiger les rapports de qualification / validation.
  • Participer à l’amélioration des procédures de l’entreprise.

Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir (50 à 80% du temps).

Le poste est basé à Levallois Perret, en Ile-de-France.

Profil

  • Vous avez une formation type Licence ou à minima Bac + 2 scientifique (DUT/BTS), vous possédez idéalement des connaissances en métrologie et validation dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
  • Permis B
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office
  • Vous êtes doté de capacités d’analyses ainsi que d’un bon sens de la communication.
  • Organisé et rigoureux, vous savez travailler en autonomie.

Le poste

Reportant directement au responsable géographique du sud de la France, vous avez pour mission de pérenniser et de développer l’activité dans votre secteur.

A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Assurer les prestations de service
  • Exécution des protocoles LIVES International Installation & Operation Qualification (IQQ) selon les directives GxP
  • Effectuer la formation des utilisateurs
  • Fournir un support technique en visitant des sites, en vidéoconférence, par téléphone et par e-mail
  • Assurer la satisfaction client en travaillant étroitement avec l'équipe technique
  • Maintenir une connaissance des événements et de l'activité qui ont un impact sur les ventes tels que les nouveaux projets
  • Communiquer les développements de nouveaux produits et services pour générer de nouvelles opportunités
  • Tenir à jour le CRM.

Profil

Idéalement le candidat aura des connaissances et de l'expérience dans le plus grand nombre possible des domaines suivants:

  • Instruments de mesure en température, pression, humidité relative et CO2
  • Métrologie
  • Exécution des protocoles de qualification
  • Cartographie de température et validation thermique
  • Équipements et applications tels que les autoclaves, les lyophilisateurs, les SIP, les tunnels de dépyrogénation, les congélateurs ULT et les unités de stockage à température contrôlée.
  • Capable de communiquer clairement et de manière concise à la fois verbalement et par écrit.
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome mais également en équipe.

Calibration Technician in Nashua, NH, USA

Job Description

Lives International Corporation manufactures and distributes electronic equipment (data loggers, temperature blocks and reference probes) for the pharmaceutical industry.

We are currently looking for a full-time person to start immediately working in our calibration and maintenance group.

Training will be provided, previous calibration and / or electronic instrument repair experience is a must. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with calibration and technical skills seeking an opportunity to broaden their skills in the area of calibration and repair of electronic instruments.

The ideal candidate can work well with a small team, is technically inclined, and personable. Customer service skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for existing customers (phone and onsite support)
  • Organize and maintain our own equipment (data loggers, blocks, reference probes, etc...)
  • Handle customer's calibrations and repairs

Requirements:

Technical and Sales Support in IRELAND

Overview

This role is suitable for a person with a technical aptitude and commitment to succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and service to our customers in Ireland including performing work at the customer site. You will also support our business development and play an important role in setting up premises in Ireland for LIVES International.

LIVES International products and services are designed to meet the needs of the Pharmaceutical / Lifesciences industry and so a knowledge and experience of the needs and regulatory obligations in these sectors is essential.

We design and manufacture class leading solutions for Thermal Validation, Temperature Mapping, Cold Chain Monitoring and Environmental Monitoring. Our business in Ireland has been developed with a long-term distribution partner who recently changed their ownership. This change has led to us seting up directly in Ireland and create this excellent opportunity to join a market leader which is already enjoying great success and growth in Ireland.

Reporting to

Both the UK & Ireland Manager and the CEO of the company.

Location

The primary place of work will be at offices at a suitable location to be decided.

You will also be required to carry out work at customer sites throughout Ireland with the occasional international travel for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Planning the deployment of equipment at customer sites
  • Execution of LIVES International Installation & Operation Qualification (IQQ) protocols according to GxP guidelines
  • Carry out user training
  • Maintenance and testing such as battery changes
  • Provide technical support by visiting sites, video conferencing, telephone and email
  • Generate sales opportunities through your regular customer contact

Customer relations and sales

  • Identifying key personnel and monitoring any changes to these
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with key personnel
  • Following up on quotations and sales opportunities by working with business development
  • Maintaining a knowledge of events and activity which impact on sales such as new projects
  • Communicating new product and service developments to generate new opportunities
  • Being aware of the regulatory obligations that apply to both LIVES INTERNATIONAL and our customers and how these can be used to generate new opportunities.

Administrative

  • Maintaining the company sales funnel and CRM database
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of goods
  • Delivery of goods in person (as required)

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in as many of the following areas as possible.

  • Measurement instrumentation such as temperature, pressure, relative humidity and CO2.
  • Data loggers and associated software
  • Reporting of results and comparison against test acceptance criteria
  • Instrument calibration
  • Execution of Installation and Operation Qualification Protocols
  • Temperature mapping and thermal validation
  • Equipment and applications such as Autoclaves, Lyophilizers, SIP, Depyrogenation tunnels, ULT Freezers and temperature-controlled storage units.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
